Leslie Vincent is an actor, singer, and musician who grew up across the East Coast and the UK, thanks to the US military. After seeing her first musical in the West End, she fell in love with it all, and begged her parents to put her in any voice, dance, and acting class she could find.

Theatrically, she's had the joy of performing with Artistry, History Theatre, Old Log Theatre, Park Square Theatre,  Theatre Elision, Sidekick Theatre, Umbrella Collective and the Bryant-Lake Bowl. She's played everything from a naughty beauty queen to a grumpy French nightclub owner, to a little girl just trying to bring her Daddy some shoes.

Musically, Leslie draws inspiration from Judy Garland, Ella Fitzgerald, Della Reese, Julie London, Melody Gardot, and breathes life into the Great American Songbook. She's played Crooners Dunsmore Room, Dakota Jazz Club, the Turf Club, and is a regular at St. Joan of Arc's yearly cabaret.

Leslie performs as half of the jazz duo The Champagne Drops, and writes her own music. In 2020 she released her first album entitled These Foolish Things.

When not performing, she spends time planning her wedding, drinking rose, and playing with her dog, Murphy.

"A few months ago, I got wind of Leslie Vincent, a delightfully charming singer with a stage and cabaret background...Vincent's incredibly warm presence and touch of humor had me really yearning to see it on the stage, which is clearly her milieu. Favorite track: "RHODE ISLAND IS FAMOUS FOR YOU." - Kevin O'Connor, Jazz 88.FM

"Both an actor and a singer, Vincent has recently released a jazz album, called These Foolish Things, featuring her sparkling voice paired with a zippy band as accompaniment. " Southwest Journal

"Vocalist Leslie Vincent’s debut album These Foolish Things is in many ways a triumph against all that Mother Nature has thrown out over the past few months. The songs were recorded amidst blizzards and winter chills, and the album mixed and mastered in quarantine conditions. The result is a showcase of Vincent’s trademark wit, soulful vocals, and riveting aural and stage presence." - Twin Cities Arts Reader

"If you've seen or heard Leslie, you know what an incredible and unique voice she has, one that's perfectly suited to these jazzy standards. The album sounds classic yet modern, with a nice variety of up-tempo songs and lovely ballads." - Cherry and Spoon
